Beksul brand’s Frying Mix is based on the cuisine that Korean people generally follow. It is a type of mixed flour which can be used as a batter (like tempura) while making fried food items. This flour mix is based on wheat flour, but combined well with other flour types including corn, baking powder, rice flour and more. You can add this flour with water and make a batter out of it before applying to chicken, beef, or other meat items or seafood, or vegetables.
