Whole White Pepper has a sharp, penetrating aroma and a hot, pungent taste.  It has a milder, more delicate flavor than Black Pepper and is used in light colored dishes where it’s color will blend. Widely used in Indian, Asian, and Mexican dishes where an earthy flavor is desired and highlighted.
