GGFT Black Tobikko comprises of tiny and colorful little caviar coming from flying fish roe.  You’ll typically find Tobikko, festively topping your sushi makis and nigiris. Although the true color of tobikko caviar is bright orange, this Black Tobikko has been naturally tinted with squid ink to give it a dramatic look.
