Alfa Pure Corn Oil PET - 1.5LTR

Corn oil, 1.5 litres. Alfa refines it so the taste stays neutral and the smoke point stays high enough for frying. No cholesterol, and the oil is rich in unsaturated fat. The PET bottle is the size a family kitchen and a small fryer both finish.Deep frying, shallow frying, sautéing, stir-fries, baking, and dressings all take it. You pick it when the oil should not taste of olives or of coconut. Cap it. Heat and air make a neutral oil taste like the fryer.1.5 litres is a working bottle, not a 17 litre tin. Keep it away from the stove when you are not pouring. Plastic and heat are a bad pair, and so is a bottle with no cap.Key Features Refined corn oil — neutral flavour that doesn't overpower dishes High smoke point — suitable for deep frying and high-heat cooking Naturally rich in polyunsaturated fats Zero cholesterol 1.5LTR PET bottle — practical home and small foodservice size Applications Deep frying and shallow frying Sautéing and stir-frying Baking and dressings All-purpose everyday cooking Product Specifications Brand: Alfa Net Volume: 1.5LTR Type: Refined corn oil Packaging: PET bottle Storage: Cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; reseal after opening
