Beurre De Cacao Cocoa Butter Chocolaterie Du Pecq - 1KG

Cocoa butter, deodorised, 1kg. Chocolaterie du Pecq packs the pure fat from the cocoa bean, for tempering, bonbons, and ganache. The smell is taken out, so your chocolate tastes of the chocolate you added, not of a loud cocoa note from the fat.Chocolatiers temper and re-temper with it, mould bonbons, balance a ganache, and colour it for decoration. Vegan chocolate work uses it because there is no dairy. Pastry glazes and plaques take it too. The pack also allows food-grade cosmetic use. 1kg is a chocolatier's block, not a baking square for one cake.Keep it cool, sealed, and away from smells. Fat picks up the fridge. Chop what you need. Don't melt the whole block every time you need 50 grams.Key Features Pure deodorised cocoa butter — chocolate-tempering grade Essential for chocolate work — tempering, bonbons, ganaches, moulding From Chocolaterie Du Pecq — French chocolate heritage 1KG block — chocolatier and patisserie working size Plant-based, dairy-free, vegan-friendly Applications Chocolate tempering and re-tempering Chocolate bonbons, truffles, and pralines — mould-release and shine Ganache fat-balance adjustment Hand-painted chocolate decoration and coloured cocoa butter base Vegan chocolate and confectionery production Pâtisserie — entremets, glazes, and chocolate plaques Cosmetic and skincare applications (food-grade) Product Specifications Brand: Beurre De Cacao (Chocolaterie Du Pecq) Origin: France Net Weight: 1KG Format: Pure deodorised cocoa butter — block Storage: Cool, dry place; solidifies at room temperature (normal), melts cleanly with gentle heat
