Campagna Sun Dried Tomato, Italy - 2900G

Campagna sun-dried tomatoes in oil, a 2.9kg jar. Concentrated tomato flavour and a firm bite, packed in oil so you can use them straight away. Restaurants, cafes and catering kitchens buy the jar for antipasti and for the pasta station. Put them on a platter, on bruschetta or crostini. Chop them into a pasta sauce, a pesto-style sauce or a risotto. They also go on pizza and focaccia, into salads and grain bowls, and into sandwiches, panini and other fillings. Use them whole, sliced or chopped. Net weight is 2.9kg and the drained weight is 1.9kg, so do not cost the jar as if every gram were tomato. Follow the label for storage. This jar is a kitchen size. A home cook does not finish 2kg of sun-dried tomato in a week.
