Gogi Tempura Flour is a Thai-made multi-purpose self-raising batter mix designed for deep-frying all types of protein, seafood and vegetables to a golden, crispy finish. Its blend of wheat flour, tapioca starch and baking powder creates a light, airy coating that crisps up beautifully in hot oil.Mix with cold water until just combined — do not overmix — dip your ingredient and fry in hot oil at 170–180°C until golden.
