Lamb Weston Stealth French Fries 13 X 13MM - 4 X 2.5KG

Thick-cut fries, 13 by 13mm, a case of 4 bags at 2.5kg. Lamb Weston coats these Stealth fries so they stay crisp longer after the fryer, including through a delivery ride. The cut is hearty, not a shoestring.Steak frites, burger bars, grills, and casual dining fry them from frozen. Loaded fries and sharing plates use the same cut because the fry can hold a topping. QSRs and delivery kitchens care about the hold time. That is why the coating is there. The case is 10kg, frozen. A home freezer is the wrong place for it. Don't thaw the bag first. Fry or oven them from frozen, and salt them after, not before.Key Features Thick-cut 13x13mm Stealth fries Extended crispness and hold time Hearty, golden fry Ideal for dine-in and delivery 4 x 2.5KG case Applications Steak and chunky chips Burgers and grills sides Delivery and takeaway QSR and casual dining Loaded fries and sharing platters Product Specifications Brand: Lamb Weston Origin: Netherlands Net Weight: 4 x 2.5KG Format: Frozen fries (13x13mm) Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C; cook from frozen; do not refreeze
