Monin Blueberry Syrup - 700ML

Blueberry syrup, 700ml, from Monin in France. Sweet-tart blueberry, the kind cafes put in a lemonade and also on a breakfast plate. It is a fruit syrup, not a mixed-berry blend. Iced tea, frappés, cocktails, and mocktails all take it when the drink should taste of blueberry specifically. In the morning it goes over pancakes, waffles, and yoghurt, which is why some cafes keep the bottle on the breakfast pass as well as the bar. 700ml fits a cafe station and a home fridge. Weekend pancakes and a jug of lemonade will not finish it in a day. Store it cool, and refrigerate after opening.
