Qaryah LARGE Fresh Eggs, 12 Trays X 30 Eggs - 1 Carton of 360 Eggs

Qaryah large fresh eggs, a carton of 360. Twelve trays of thirty large eggs. Breakfast kitchens and bakeries buy the case when eggs are in the fry-up and in the mix every morning. Use them for cooked breakfasts, for cakes and pastry, and for fillings and other dishes that call for egg. Large is the grade, so the mix behaves the way your recipe expects. You are not cracking a retail dozen in the middle of a bake. Keep the carton refrigerated. 360 eggs is a kitchen case, not a home box. Handle them as fresh eggs and cook them through unless your recipe says otherwise.
